JoH Design actively encourage environmentally friendly ways of working and minimise environmentally harmful practices on a day-to-day basis in addition to specific project development recommendations.  

Energy efficiency in foodservice environments is continually advancing, JoH Design pride ourselves on designing energy efficient and sustainable foodservice design solutions, within the client design brief and budget. We work closely with the equipment manufacturers CPD programs, to continually increase our knowledge and selection processes to minimise power and water usage. 

Furthermore, JoH Design, encourage and advise on responsible management of food waste and FOG’s (Fats, Oils and Grease) with recommendations in best practice and equipment specifications suitable for each individual project.
